SEASON 2012 IS FAST APPROACHING!

Don't let it catch you unprepared! It's not too early to start thinking about spending Summer 2012 at Colony Pool! We have implemented our installment payment option again this year. If you would like to take advantage of the installment payment plan - please note the following important dates:

  • 1st payment of $75 is due by February 15, 2012
  • 2nd payment of $75 is due by March 15, 2012
  • 3rd payment of $100 is due by April 15, 2012
  • 4th payment of remaining balance is due by May 15, 2012

Payment in full for all returning members is due by May 15th. If you know any friends or neighbors who are considering joining the Colony Pool family, be sure to let them know about the installment payment plan option! Also remind them to print, complete, and mail in a 2012 Membership Application with their first payment.

GUEST PASSES:

Guest Passes are still $5 each, but will be available in packs of 10 for just $30 until July 31st! That's a $20 savings so stock up for company!

LEAVE OF ABSENCE:

Any member wishing to take a leave of absence for the upcoming season must provide written notice and remit payment of $25.00 to Colony Recreation & Civic Association, P.O. Box 22363, Newport News, VA 23609 prior to May 15th. This will allow you to retain your status and return to the pool the following year at the General Membership rate.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP:

Members wishing to cancel their membership must send a written notice to Colony Recreation & Civic Association, P.O. Box 22363, Newport News, VA 23609 prior to May 15th for the upcoming swim season. Stock Members that are in possession of their stock certificate need to submit their certificate at this time in order to be eligible for repayment of your stock. Repayment of stock is done at the end of each season as long as funds are available.
